MITRE Engenuity is building on MITRE’s longstanding reputation in supporting aviation with new safety, efficiency, and security initiatives that cross established and emerging modes of transportation.

MITRE Engenuity is leading the way in developing new operational models for unmanned aviation by working directly with the private sector. By engaging with industry, we ensure that safety and operational best practices from aviation are applied and adapted to the unique requirements of unmanned aviation allowing this new form of transportation to develop quickly and safely.

MITRE Engenuity also works with transportation infrastructure owners to ensure security across complex multimodal operations using novel data fusion techniques.

We’re collaborating across other transportation sectors, such as automotive safety, to solve problems that span beyond individual stakeholders.
